At 7Pacific, we truly value you as our customer and appreciate your business. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply email us at returns@7pacificapparel.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return
• The reason for your return

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with return instructions.

Our Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).
• At this time, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item instead of returning it, please let us know in your email. We'll be happy to help arrange a replacement.
